The zoning plan for Das Neue Gartenfeld is finally implemented. The strategy and development plan foresees the conversation of an old industrial area in Berlin to a new livable mixed district, including 4.000 new apartments. A central feature of the 70 ha large area is a rainwater canal contributing to a livable environment and resourceful development. 

COBE Berlin won the competition in 2016 together with Man Made Land, Hoffmann-Leichter Ingenieurgesellschaft, Ingenieurbüro Kraft, NFF, and IGS.
